questions concerning the installation of wordpress?

in the installation guide that says "Create a database, but do not know what mean? so I enrolled in the wordpress blogs and I have a user name, but I can not find my database name? please someone help me!

MySQL is a database name, user name and password. Is MySQL? Database is the most common sites.
