Please help! Weather!?

Okay so me and my mom were having a debate about the dry rain. I said it was an oxymoron, and there, then came across this blog site you mentioned rain and hot dry snow. I looked everywhere on the Internet to find a thing and I can not myself. It bothers me sooo much I can not stand. The person who wrote the blog was wrong about many things, including the difference between weather and climate and why dry rain seemed legit. But snow hot …… No way, I can not find anywhere. Not in the news, or wikipedia, or google. PLEASE HELP! Its crazy! Trust me .. there is no such thing as rain or snow, hot dry. http://www.weather.gov/glossary/index.php?letter=d There is a term called a dry storm or Dry lightning and that is when you have a storm, but the rain that falls from the cloud base evaporates before reaching the ground. If this occurs without a thunderstorm, then called Virga.
