What is the best blogging software?

It is very confusing to choose only one type of software. Right now I'm looking wordpress, MovableType, TypePad. Not if they are the best for my homework. MY GOALS insurance: 1 – use the blog to promote my new website in February – will have to have customized it to look like my site Site 3 – will be able to upload a video or two a day (maximum) in the blog 4 – Do not write code the / etc html to have to start from base – (how long I'm willing to learn) thanks in before, it can – webhosting – I have one already hosting comapny. wordpress is more popular if you're hosting not forget that you need hosting, a database and PHP functionality if youre using a free online version, do not worry about it.
