What is the most popular blog site?

I currently host a beauty review blog Vox.com: http://ilovemakeup.vox.com Traffic in Vox does not seem to be too big, but I love the design options and had the opportunity to apply my own banner on the top of the page. I've noticed who blogs at blogger.com get much traffic, but do not know exactly how much control it will have on the appearance of the blog. I want it to look exactly like Vox as it is in (or very similar) would be redundant to host my blog on the two networks? Or give on Vox all together? Looking for answers from experienced bloggers .. thanks! I love to be able to launch also in some of Google Adsense … that would be perfect.
