stock market trends 2009

The proverbial question is that in a V-shaped recovery or a bear market rally. No prediction (a word he hates every true trend follower) there is evidence increasing evidence of the stock market rally in March could be drawing to a close. There are technical indicators that point to the weakness as well as recent economic data are beginning to disappoint investors hoping for a recovery. The stock has fallen about 5 percent of its 2009 peak of 1097.91 on Oct. 19. What even more worrying is that the SP 500 index is below the 50 day moving average. The 200 day moving average currently at 981. A break below This figure is considered very negative. More so were the differences between the various current price movements and numerous momentum indicators.

Moreover art is there are fundamental issues … as the Commerce Department figures released Oct. 30 showed that Americans cut spending September, the first decline in five months. … The foreclosures are rising unemployment has been rising. Simple question … How can companies do money … people are spending less … people are losing their homes … people are losing their jobs? It is quite obvious to the question of the rally, as many others.

But Obama has proven his recent radio program .. "We have made progress"!

Maybe I'm missing something, but do not understand what progress … except as trying to convince people that we are out of danger.

Paul Tudor Jones has been very strong and noted that the rally since March has been a Bear Market rally. In addition to Christopher Wood, chief strategist at CLSA Ltd. has told his readers after Friday's action to go short U.S. stock market indices. Nouriel Roubini is sounding a lot more about the benefits of doom again.

Trend followers do not make predictions. This not my goal, but the green shoots are a very unhealthy and the consequences can be very difficult for stock market investors. When marketing commodities and investment is essential to have a plan and have the discipline to stick with it. Too many investors that bought this stock market rally Myinvestorsplace.com
