Why is the Stock Market 20% since Barack Obama was elected?

I thought Obama was going to save the economy, what do you say?

The stock market has fallen since Obama took office, and they responded to the legislation of Obama and the economic stimulus package … by the stimulus itself to fall … constantly. Obama seems much less inclined to save the economy than it is to please his friends left and probation bail out to help him be elected in the first place.
