Learn about investing in the stock market?

Hello, I would like to learn about investing in the stock market. I have 20 years and I have nooooo idea about it, but it seems it's a great way to make money if you know what you're doing. Where I can learn everything you need to know to succeed? From the absolute basics. Any good books or websites to start? After an intermediate material to pass? Of course I am not looking for a fast run through that I get up and running within days. I'm happy to spend as much time as necessary to learn because it is a year or ten. Thanks Mike
