For several years the housing market and the rise of competition for all types of real estate has been very competitive. Then about two years ago everything changed in the real estate market. Today's investors are in the forefront of the next real boom of the property market finally return. Much of today's buyers are made by investors in the hope of any real estate and renting out farm or flip their business to other investors. Yes, move flip is alive and well. And there are very few places that will give investors the rate of return on their money than the tax certificates and tax deeds can.
