The beauty of the credit line is that I can buy the house for cash and not have to pay loan costs each time you buy a house. Many banks sell their REO at a lower price if it can close fast and pay cash. I made an offer in which the bank called me in the afternoon and said if I could close that night that would have seven thousand dollars of the price. If I had to get a new loan would not get the discount. Having an equity line of credit is a great way to do business fast.
The other option for fast money is a loan hard money. Money, private hard money is usually for real estate investments. Hard money lenders are charging very high interest rates, but offer quick cash for all their offerings. Hard money lenders are easy to find. Just find out where your local real estate investment club meets and go to the meeting. You will find brochures of people who are willing to lend money on today.
If you need money for real estate business, then equity line of credit housing is a good way to go. If you do not have any equity in your home then consider using a hard money lender.
