Sure, it's likely to hire an inspector to make an official inspection, but is really going to want to go there with your own list and put everything you have a good idea of what you are getting yourself into before it is too late to back.
So here's my checklist I personally like to use before buying a new home. You can use this to invest in real estate and buying a house for his own subsistence use.
