Drawings of the small houses are a great way to get a house that meets their needs and maximize your investment. Cottage plans typically cover plans that are 1500 square feet of living space. This is a general pattern varies by region but generally gives a good starting point.

1 – Multiple uses of space, a island kitchen countertop can double as a dining table. Consider that the curved desk in the outer edge for this purpose. The additional material cost is minimal, and the curve will create a pleasant space to eat.
