Is there a blog engine IIS 6 compatible?

Is there a blog engine IIS 6 compatible? Need to have my own blogging engine for multiple users on my 2003 web server running IIS and SQL Server. If none is available, that other PHP / MySQL blooging engine is the easiest to implement? Pls send the URL for Download and step by step would be greatly appreciated.

If you are referring to a blog engine based on ASP, dBlog think might work. But you can use any blogging system with IIS 6, just install PHP on your server. MovableType, WordPress, Drupal, etc. .. Blog all major software work seamlessly with IIS and PHP installed.
