I look and everyone says different things. some of my friends have tumblr and see it all a few pictures of them, mostly pictures of random things, quotes, images with quotes on them, and a message saying "I'm having a bad day" but with different words each time. so now this is what blogs are saying: people rant and complain about people or who have conditions or illnesses talk about life with him peoples or replacement for a magazine (but I do not even know really what a journal is) What is blogging? WHAT IS A BLOG? Examples include websites like: tumblr, Xanga, LiveJournal, WordPress, blogger people say that blogs are where people rant and complain, but some people say that blogs are where people with Diseases and conditions talk about it, and others are saying
A blog – which is short for "weblog" – is an online journal (which is very similar a newspaper). People can use for almost everything – articles and stories, pictures and videos, links to your favorite websites and other blogs … Basically it's like having your own website, except it's all in a timeline, with the latest material. You write a "blog" and when "publish" the post include a date and time. And it will be placed above the most recent post. In some ways it reminds me of a news site. Blogs can be made by individuals either to use personal or professional use, and businesses use them too. They are mainly used to help keep the blogger of "followers" to date on what is happening. Most blogs I've seen are limited to a particular topic – such as illness or business of the company. But that means that some people or companies that have more than one blog. In this way, if you are interested in the disease that you can follow this blog without having to read about things that are not interested in the blogger also may be writing. Blogs now you can also connect to other sites, like Facebook and Twitter, Flickr and YouTube. And it goes the other way – for example, if you have a new post Blog you can tell your "followers" on Twitter and post the link in the tweet so you can click on it and read your new post. Blogs are all about being contact with people when they can not always see it in person or call them. I think you can do that on Facebook too (I do Facebook, so I'm not sure), but with a blog you have more room to write.
