What is a foreign exchange system that just works?

Is there such a thing? After five years of negotiation to be honest I can say that I come across a system that just works consistently. If money losing is not bad enough, I spent my last five years my reading of forums and meetings for many losers and cheats. I'm starting to believe that the issue is a scam.
