			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know there&#8217;s a lot of people out there that don&#8217;t have any real big money to invest in Internet Marketing Courses and just need an easy, simple way to Earn An Income From Home that actually works. If I was stripped of every nickel I had from my bank account and was given a budget of just $100.00 to start an Internet Business with, here&#8217;s what I would do.</p>
<p>First I would pick a Niche to get into that I was passionate about. Maybe you&#8217;ve been successful in the past selling Insurance. Or maybe you&#8217;re the top Real Estate Sales Person on your city. Or perhaps you are a Botanist and know everything someone would want to know about Flowers.</p>
<p>All of these niches have great Affiliate Programs. My point is you want to go into a niche that is easy for you to write about, one that is commercially viable and one that won&#8217;t give you writers block. Because whatever niche you choose, in order to become an authority in that niche, and in order to Earn An Income From Home in that niche, you&#8217;ll need to be prepared to do a lot of writing. The more the better. I will explain more later in this article.</p>
<p>I would then go and spend under $10.00 and purchase a domain name that you like, think others will like and that represents the Niche you want to be in. Then I would get low cost website hosting also under $10.00 per month. Then finally I would get Carl Ocab&#8217;s Ultimate Blogging Theme at $67.00. Right now you are still at under $100.00 and this is all you really need to invest to get started.</p>
<p>Earn An Income From Home Using This Proven Blueprint</p>
<p>After you get your Blog installed and working properly, the trick here is to write content and lots of it. Sure you can hire a ghost writer, but doing this will cost you money and if you know your niche chances are writing will be fun and natural. This is why I say it is so important to pick a Niche you really are passionate about.</p>
<p>Each day write 1-5 articles on your Niche Topic. My magic number I shoot for is 3 per day. First post them on your blog with pictures. You can review other companies or use the Google Keyword Research Tool and write articles based on Long-Tail Keywords, which are keyword phrases that are at least 2 words long.</p>
<p>If you were a botanist for example you might find public domain photos which are all over the place by the way, and post a picture of a different type of flower on each blog post you create and review every type of flower there is. This will make your blog posts much more attractive.</p>
<p>After you write your blog post, take that exact same post and write a description and author bio for it. Then submit this post to all of the major article directories that allow duplicate content. You are allowed 2 links in each author bio. Make sure one of them points directly to the blog post you just created. The other one can point to your main page or to a related affiliate program within that domain. Almost all of the major article directories currently accept duplicate content and if they don&#8217;t you&#8217;ll know, they usually tell you right on the submit form.</p>
<p>Once or twice per week find blogs on your niche topic and intelligently participate in the comments section. Let them know how much you know on the subject. Don&#8217;t just post one or two lines they will get deleted in almost all cases. Post a good 2-3 paragraphs and link them to your blog.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t expect to see much in the way of sales activity until your blog gets to around 300 pages. This could vary by niche but this is the general rule. Remember by writing and submitting articles you are building momentum, and this takes some time to start. Our MLM Website averages about 800 Unique Visitors per day, and each article we write gets us about 1.5 unique visitors per day on average.</p>
<p>There are 2 main ways to monetize a blog. By monetizing it I mean making sure it is setup to make the most money possible from the traffic you are sending to it. One way is to get a free Google Adsense Account. Doing this takes 5 minutes and Carl Ocab&#8217;s Ultimate Blogging Theme makes it easy to setup Adsense on your blog.</p>
<p>The second way to monetize it is with Affiliate Programs. As you write your reviews and build out your blog, use the Simple Link Cloaker Plugin which is also free. Then hyperlink this URL about 3-5 times in every blog post and hyperlink your blog images. We&#8217;ve had great success sending people to Affiliate Sites using this method.</p>
<p>As you can probably tell by now learning how to Earn An Income From Home really isn&#8217;t about having a bunch of money up front to spend. In fact it really won&#8217;t help you much at all in the Blogging World. It&#8217;s more about consistently adding quality content to your blog and getting a steady supply of backlinks from the Article Directories and related blogs. Once your blog reaches 500 Unique Visitors per day or more, you can even request other Blog Owners in your same Niche to do Unique Content article swaps.</p>

<p>By the way, in case you aren&#8217;t familiar, hyip stands for <a href="http://www.retirequicklyclub.com/hyip">High Yield Investment Program</a>. In theory an hyip is just field jargon for generating income from money you loan a company that&#8217;s a lot higher than a bank could ever give you.</p>
<p>Through the years, companies have offered anywhere from 30% per year, to 5-25% per month or even 2% per day. Most hyips DO come and go. A few have lasted well over 15 years. I&#8217;m in one now that&#8217;s been paying<br />
out almost 30 months and have made <a href="http://www.retirequicklyclub.com/hyip">$200,000 </a>with it.</p>
<p>The answer is hyips aren&#8217;t scams, but the companies that start them up can be scammy.</p>
<p>Here are some questions to ask yourself before considering joining an hyip:</p>
<p>1.) Do the owners have a track record for success?</p>
<p>2.) Have they ever been convicted of fraud?</p>
<p>3.) How to they generate the returns required to pay members?</p>
<p>4.) How long have they been paying?</p>
<p>5.) Are they currently late on their payments?</p>
<p>6.) Do they keep in touch with their membership?</p>
<p>7.) Do they have long term plans for their members?</p>
<p>The reason I say hyips ARE NOT scams, is because if one is run right, they can afford to pay out over 100% returns WITHOUT using money from Peter to pay Paul.</p>
<p>If the owners of an hyip are really doing good FOREX trading while implementing stop losses, or investinging certain Real Estate Development projects, etc..</p>
<p>It IS possible for an hyip to maintain sustainability in the long term.</p>
<p>The reason why many are skeptical is because historically so many companies lied about being in FOREX or Real Estate, just ripping off the members.</p>
<p>But people are recovering from that blow thanks to Books mentioned here. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For those of you who aren&#8217;t aware, my business partner and myself have been banging our heads against the wall trying to find a solid solution for learning and implementing Continuity Websites before we found Membernaire by Jimmy Brown. We took a very close look at a couple of different options which include Russell Brunson&#8217;s Micro Continuity Coaching Program which costs about $3,000.00. We also looked at the Ryan Lee Seminar in Connecticut. </p>
<p>The Ryan Lee Ozworth Continuity Seminar only costs only $300 to attend, a much better deal. But there were of course also plane ticket and hotel costs to deal with. And you can bet there will be expensive Internet Marketing Coaching Program upsells here. I really wanted to join Russell&#8217;s program but just don&#8217;t have 3k laying around at the moment.</p>
<p>So what does someone do if they are a good person, are interested in learning how to do this but don&#8217;t have 1-4k to spend to learn and start implementing Continuity into their Internet Business Model? We decided on Jimmy Brown&#8217;s Membernaire program for a few reasons. First of all, he is the grandfather of Membership Based Websites and we know this for a fact. All Russell and the rest did was take Jimmy&#8217;s teachings, expand on them and figured out ways to make them convert better, then turn around and sell higher priced seminars based on this information.</p>
<p>Not only do I prefer learning from &#8220;The Source&#8221;, I also prefer to not spend an arm and a leg to learn something. Some will claim that if you spend a small fortune to learn a new skill that you&#8217;ll feel morally obligated to apply it since your wallet is on the line. In our case anyway that&#8217;s not true. I have lots of discipline that dates back from my USMC days. Wanna know something interesting? What Russell Brunson calls Micro Continuity is what Jimmy Brown terms a Fixed-Term Membership. Both are similar in the respect that both have a start date and an ending date. </p>
<p>The other thing I&#8217;m excited about joining Membernaire for is because these lessons are delivered once a week over a 52 week period, yes an entire year. And his price is less than $30.00 per month. No seminars, crazy upsells or anything. Each lesson is 2-5 pages, but beefy action oriented pages. It&#8217;s up to you to take action, and he doesn&#8217;t usually awswer personal emails regarding his course material, but it&#8217;s broken down in a way anyone will understand even if you are brand new to the Internet Marketing scene.</p>
<p>So with Jimmy Brown&#8217;s Membernaire Course you&#8217;re learning the same exact thing at a very small fraction of the price. In fact he opened Membernaire then closed down the doors on it for six months since he was only offering 1000 spots. And he&#8217;s not the type to employ trickery to incentivize you to purchase something. My business partner and myself are bound determined to implement Continuity in our marketing model in 2009 so for us this decision is a no brainer. </p>
<p>But before you join you should at least have an idea of what product you would like to sell or at least be thinking about a product idea. But you don&#8217;t need one to start. There is a lesson in the Membernaire package that will help you with ideas in starting a product. Also regarding starting a product, look at your competition who is already doing the same thing and use the Membernaire techniques to bring it to fruition in a very short period of time.</p>

Lets face it, millions and millions of webpages are in blog format if not billions, and to this date there are only a few real good WordPress Themes are truly made to monetize ad-sense and affiliate programs. One of them is called the Affiliate Theme for Affiliate Marketers and Bloggers. Remember not too long ago having to go inside and hack your code just to get an affiliate banner on it? And breaking a sweat before you FTP praying of course you didn&#8217;t crash your entire blog? I&#8217;ve been there and done that, so when I heard about this Blogging Tool needless to say it had my attention.</p>
<p>First I want to mention that even after knowing about this blog I must say that there is still a ton of improvement to do in the area of Blogging Tools. However, recently and I&#8217;m referring to late 2008 and early 2009 a ton of great WordPress Plugins have started coming out like the WordPress Plugin for Google Analytics as well as an SEO Plugin that will even let you choose your own filename which is totally different from the Title as well as enter your unique description verses Google having to pull a random section or the first couple sentences from your posts in the SERP&#8217;s.</p>
<p>The reason I wanted to talk about Affiliate Theme is because it has some great features worth mentioning that work for Affiliates that want to use a Blog to make it easier to earn multiple income streams from one domain. They give you 6 custom layouts you can choose from. Many affiliates manually update multiple layouts so they can split test their landing pages. With this software all you need to do is enter all your Affiliate Offers and Tracking URL&#8217;s and then change the layout. This allows you to easily split test your affiliate offers. No more creating multiple variations of your landing pages.</p>
<p>Also built in Affiliate Theme is a Built-In Color Picker so you can instantly change the color of your Affiliate Theme with the option of choosing thousands of color variations for your theme. You can change a lot more than just your background color, you can change the color of just about everything including the post headlines and button rollovers. The expensive package is only $197.00 or so, and the least expensive package is about half the price. With the least expensive package you only get to use the software on one domain. This is actually the option you choose if you want to go all out and build one massive authority site or just have one business you will be using it on. But if you are thinking about or have multiple blogs and you want to build multiple income streams within different niches, then I&#8217;d highly recommend the $197.00 package which is what we got.</p>

With the economy being as fragile as it is presently it is no wonder those who can afford to are swooping in and buying real estate for pennies on the dollar. </p>
<p>You do not have to be a savvy business person to will realize that this market is perfect for investing in Bank Owned Properties. There are many homes up for sale today for far less than the value of the home. Foreclosures are one example of the current Real Estate Crisis. Their number has risen over the past year making this one of the best investments for those looking for a home. Banks are willing to sell the Bank Owned Properties for less than what they are worth to try and recoup some of their money. Afraid of holding onto them and losing even more money, the banks are willing to take a loss now rather than a bigger loss later.</p>
<p><em>Bank Owned Properties</em> are one way of cashing in on the current Real Estate Crisis. The pre-foreclosures are another way. At the present time there are homes that can be purchased for as little as 25% of their worth. By purchasing these homes and reselling, the prospects for a profit are quite high. Some people are purchasing the homes and renting them for enough to cover the mortgage payment while waiting out the current crisis. </p>
<p>When the interest rates started falling many developers started building homes with the idea of making a tidy profit from the sale of the homes. However, when the economy began to go downhill &#8211; there were over 1,000,000 jobs lost in the U.S. in 2008, the plan backfired. Now the developers are in debt for these homes which they cannot sell for the price they expected to get. With payments looming over them, many are selling new homes for a fraction of their value in an effort to keep from falling further into debt. </p>
<p>Overbuilding was the cause of much of the current crisis. When the purchaser borrowed money to build business property they did so with the thought of the profits they would make. But when the economy took a down swing, the plan changed. Now in order to get out of the debt they incurred, commercial buildings will be included in the real estate market. </p>
<p>If purchasing a home or a business for the lowest possible price means holding onto it for a little while in order to make a profit, it will be well worth the investment. This is far less risky than going into debt for the value of the home as the previous owners did. You do not have as much money tied up in the home and the prospects for making a profit are much better. </p>
<p>For example, if you purchase Bank Owned Properties for 25% of the value and then sell it for 75% of the value you have made a tidy profit. A home with a value of $200,000 would net you a profit of $100,000 using this method. There is money to be made in real estate even with the current Real Estate Crisis we are facing. <p>Website traffic comes when you let your interested readers know that you have something new, interesting, and exciting for them to check out. And one of the easiest ways to do this is through RSS feeds.</p>
<p>RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, and RSS feeds are nothing more or less than a super-easy way of sharing your content with the owners of other websites, or your own website or mashup, even a fan&#8217;s own site or desktop via an RSS reader. Adding an RSS is as simple as adding a line or two of code into your HTML. It updates by itself every time the page is accessed.</p>
<p>Does it build traffic? It can – if you use it properly. An RSS feed ideally brings you website traffic of two types: first, it ensures your faithful readers and customers return to your site whenever you have something new. </p>
<p>And second, it brings you new readers from other websites who have picked up your syndication. If you&#8217;re not careful, though, RSS feeds you supply can backfire, helping others to KEEP your traffic instead of feeding it to you, and drastically dropping your own Google ranking and overall income.</p>

<p>When you&#8217;re using RSS in either direction, keep careful tabs on your website traffic during the transitional period, and go slowly with it. Make sure you track who is using your RSS, and add feeds slowly to your own site so you can see which ones are beneficial and which ones are either redundant or detrimental to your traffic. </p>
