blogging with wordpress

Need help to download and install .. wordpress?

ok, I started blogging in WORDPRESS.ORG, they say u have to download and install the host, and run some setup scripts, and establish a database. Now, what programming language (s) must learn to let me do everything that? I know less about databases and scripting !?!?!?…… How do I start blogging in wordpress.org with that limited knowledge??
