What is the best social networking site for families?

I do not want to mix friends and family in this, so please do not respond to facebook orkut or the like. I'm thinking of building a family tree and share photos and blogs with my only family. We are scattered around the world, which also is important that the site is available in different languages: English, Portuguese, French and Spanish (if possible). The site also has to be free, or if there a subscription, can pay for it, but I would like other people also have to pay for your username, as I have the intention to invite them to join the website.
