I'm looking to bring new prospects for our company, but I'm so lost on what to do.?

We are a real estate company looking to put in new sales, mortgage rates, loan modifications, short sales, but I am confused as to how to bring in leads. I still reading the same line the basics of blogs, but is there any other ideas?
