I'm interested in video blogs. What kind of camera I have to work better?

Hello! I was talking to my friend and I told him I am interested in video blogs. I think a little would be great to make videos and stuff. I'm looking for a good camera to use it though. I found I like, but do not know if it's good: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5969022 If this is not suitable for video blogs then what should I look? I have 14 years and plans to pay my own camera, so I'm looking for something that is of good quality at a decent price. Also anything forces me to install a lot or too complicated. Thanks!

I wonder what camera works best with your particular computer. I would like to send a quick email or better yet, just look at the cameras known to work with any brand of computer is that you have. I google cameras that work well with Dell if that's what you have. Then once you find it after searching for the best price. Do some research before spending money on something expensive.
